The person who gave this product a bad review obviously didn't know how to read. They went on to complain that it was a high back sissy bar and that wasn't advertised.....all they had to do is read the heading...36" (hello). Anyway this makes my beach cruiser look goooooood!!!! This rail is chrome (not blue). The seat-mounting holes are about in the middle, and there is a bend just above them. It has multiple holes, so the distance from axle to seat can vary from 15 to 19 inches depending on which you use. That's theoretically large enough for a 38" diameter wheel.
