The 10 7 year olds that came were entertained for the 45 minute time slot we had allotted for the craft. We purchased acrylic paints and brilushes and let them go to town. We were complimented by all of the parents on the "clever" idea. We were satisfied with the purchase! In the 12 pieces that we ordered only 2 of the cups had a small chip - not worth complaining over. My friends loved painting these. Gave them seed packets in the party favor bag as a compliment to these. Will definitely buy them again for future tea parties.Bought these for a crat project for a tea party. I picked up acrylic paints at a local store and tried one out before the party. I loved it! I had fun painting it and can't wait to share these at my party. I made one to use as a centerpiece for my party table. I expect to get lots of compliments on it. This is a fun craft project and the planter doesn't need to be heated in a kiln after painting.
