Birdie Ball Set with Strikepad - 12 Pack

Product Description

Introducing Birdieball, the limited flight practice golf ball that you can hit anywhere. It's the best golf training aid invented this century. What's so unique? It has a limited distance of 40 yards but it feels and flies just like a real golf ball. It draws, it fades, but with a limited range so you have your own backyard driving range. Birdie Balls heavy feel and accurate flight is truly amazing. Birdie Balls are made of a super polymer and will not break. The Strike Pad allows you to hit a Birdie ball anywhere. The Strike Pad is quite simple. It is a cambered, flexible polymer spring. It saves lawns and parks from damage. It protects clubs from damage caused by rough mats or the ground. It reduces jarring of arms and shoulders at impact. Beginning golfers can easily square the club and cannot hit the ball "fat". Strike Pad simulates taking a divot and rebounds in the blink of an eye. It can be placed on any surface including asphalt, concrete, dirt or grass. Further, the Strike Pad does not need to be anchored in place. Strike Pad does not grab the club and has very little friction. As a result the club slides freely and leaves the pad in place.

  • Limited flight golf balls
  • Practice anywhere
  • 40 Yards flight distance
  • Flexible spring strike pad
  • Ideal for beginners

5.0 out of 5 stars Nothing, and I mean nothing, has improved my game more, September 17, 2005
Wouldn't it be great to live in a golf course community with free anytime access to the driving range? Bridieball, makes this possible to anyone with an average sized backyard. Comparing Birdieballs to other practice golfballs, whether of the plastic wiffleball variety or those made of foam with a solid core is like comparing a wood shaft to one of today's nanotech engineered graphite shafts. Birdieballs fly exactly like a golfball, only for a shorter distance. Not only that but they offer perfect golfball like feel at impact. Close your eyes and you will think you are hitting a performance golfball. You can feel the difference between off-center and sweet spot hits. In addition, the ball offers enough resistance to mark impact tape, so you can farther optimize your practice time. It is hard to appreciate the feedback provided by the sound of a Birdieball in flight until you try it. The manufacture describes it as a turbine in reverse, unfortunately, I have never heard a... This product is great if you have a smaller area or if you don't want to go to a driving range. The balls have the real feel and you can even tell if you pull or slice the ball. The strike pad is okay and leaves marks on your clubs, but good if you don't want to mess with a cleanup after you practice.

+1 to Paul Olson's review. I've used these for three years now and I still LOVE to practice with my Birdieballs. The birdieballs themselves won't help your game any more than a golf ball. What they give you is an excellent limited flight simulation of a golf ball. It's very satisying to hit - even after three years. They give you extreme portability to practice more often and in isolated places (I like to concentrate privately on drills, etc). Hit all your clubs. Draw it, fade it, low, high.

Since using birdieballs, I've won two par 3 closest to the pin contests (2" and 2') and have hit the pin in regular play more times than. I would've won a couple long drives, but just missed the fairways on both.

I'm also teaching my four year old daughter how to play golf by using birdieballs. She loves them!

The one thing birdieballs won't do is make you putt better, but getting it closer really really helps with less putts!
