I bought a new bicycle, and the first time I took it for a ten mile ride I got two flat tires. This inner tube works great. Haven't had any flat tires since I installed it. Tubes are nothing like the thin originals that I had been patching. You could probably ride a ways without having a tire on. Had them on for awhile and no loss of air. This review is from: Sunlite Thorn Resistant Bicycle Tube 700 x 35-40 (27 x 1-3.8) SCHRADER Valve (Misc.) Very good tube for West Texas Thorns and Goatheads, much thicker and heavier than the OEM Tubes. The only difficulty I had was mounting on the Schwinn Hybrid Rims which has a triangular hollow rim which the Stem had to go though. The OEM Tube had a much longer Stem then the Sunlite replacement, and it barely protruded past the rim opening making inflation difficult. I used a valve stem extension to inflate the Tire.
